circumvented all Win 11 minimum requirements (CPU-RAM-Disksize-TPM-Secureboot)
By the Win 11 install.wim/esd in a Win 10 ISO

No tweaks, nothing removed, a 3 in 1 will follow in a day or 2.
I now have hardware to run windows 11 so from now on, all my builds will be 11 only.

final testing performed
on my real machine:
Perfect install, removed answer file as my hardware
says image not found with all answer files I have tried so far.
So regular install, you skip key or add your own, skip MS account
offline, your choice.
IMPORTANT: Let first desktop finish the configuring of theme, startallback
and registry settings, all automatic, if you interfere during this then
startallback and theme won’t happen.
It will reboot after 90 seconds of this desktop loading, then you can use it.
